miun exp0.8 – Creating cyanotypes using 35mm & 120 black and negative

Experimental series by artist Miun with 8Storeytree. Cyanotype is a photographic printing process that produces a cyan-blue print. The process was discovered in 1842 by Sir John Herschel, a scientist and astronomer. Cyanotypes are created using a photosensitive solution containing iron compounds, typically a mixture of ferric ammonium citrate and potassium ferricyanide. This solution is applied to a surface, such as paper or fabric, and exposed to ultraviolet light.
