JP's Efekta
Share
The Efekta was a Czech Bakelite camera made in Prague by Druopta.1950 in Prague. It had a flip up viewfinder that hid the shutter-release button when closed to prevent accidental exposures. The back film door release catch is too hidden under the viewfinder. The body came apart as two halves for loading the120 film. Images were 6x6cm. All main controls are located in the front part of the camera body. Aperture settings support f/8, f/11. f/16, f/22, and the shutter speeds 1/100, 1./50, 1/25, B, are set by rotating the aperture setting knob. The Efekta has a multi-exposure protection meaning the film needs to be advanced before the shutter can work.
