International Shipping Policy
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY
We only offer international shipping to SELECTED countries. This is due to high rates of rejected goods and unforeseen problems at the customs. Some countries are disabled on our end and there may not have an option to check out. Do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you encounter such problems.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES Delivery cost will be charged according to the weight and volume of the parcel. All overseas orders received will be processed and delivered estimated 3 - 30 days (depending on the ZONE and shipping option selected).
LOST PARCEL Claims and refunds can only be processed after 60 days or if the courier has acknowledged that the parcel is lost. Sometimes there may be unforeseen delays (eg. Covid 19) and that the parcel is still in transit.
Do note that we're unable to 'expedite' the shipment on our end. We'd recommend using more 'premium' services if timing, schedule and tracking is critical.
