International Shipping Policy


NOTE : All orders excludes Duty, Taxes and other customs related charges to the destination country.

We only offer international shipping to SELECTED countries. This is due to high rates of rejected goods and unforeseen problems at the customs. Some countries are disabled on our end and there may not have an option to check out. Do email us at if you encounter such problems. 

When ordering outside of Singapore, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. 8storeytree has no control over these charges, nor can 8storeytree predict what they may be.

If a shipment is refused because of unexpected import fees or custom restrictions, the package will be deemed abandoned, and will NOT be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are often updated; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

Do note that we're unable to 'expedite' the shipment from our end.

LOST PARCEL claims can only be processed after 60 days or if the courier has acknowledged that the parcel is lost.  


*We're unable to ship to 3rd party logistics companies or forwarding companies (eg. Aramax etc) due to various issues and frauds that have occurred. Orders will be automatically cancelled.
