REFUND POLICY

There is no exchange or refunds due to change of mind. If items are received defective or damaged, do contact us immediately (within 7 days) at +65 83334136 or send us an email at info@8storeytree.com.

In the event that the items cannot be replaced due to stock limitations, refund will be issued in the form of store credits with the following conditions:

  1. Items were purchased from our online store, shop.8storeytree.com or our stockist, The Panic Room.
  2. Items are accompanied with an original receipt.
  3. Orders are within 7 days of receipt.
  4. Items are in sellable condition with its original packaging undamaged.
  5. Items do not fall under the following categories:
  • Sale items
  • Items with expiry dates
  • Customised items

Please note the following:

  • Each receipt is only allowed a 1 time return or exchange.
  • All returns will be checked and compared to new products to ensure it is in a sellable condition before store credit is issued.
  • International buyers would have to bear shipping to Singapore, please contact us for instructions prior to returning items.
